Prescriptions

Although we don’t have a pharmacy on-site, our reception staff will be happy to direct you to the most convenient pharmacy for you.

Repeat prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can order a repeat prescription by collecting a form from reception and returning it to us, either:

Email us: stlukes.healthcentre@nhs.net

Order your prescription by using online services (you must be registered)

Or:

In person to the reception desk

By post (see address on the ‘Contact us‘ page)

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat medication.

We require three working days to process your repeat prescription. Repeat prescriptions of regular medication must be asked for, either in writing or online, and may be collected after 2pm on the third working weekday following the request.

We will post prescriptions to you only if supplied with an SAE. The tear-off slip attached to computer-prepared prescriptions may be used for re-ordering.

You can arrange for a pharmacy to collect your prescription and some pharmacies will deliver to housebound patients.

Your doctor will wish to review your treatment periodically. They will ask you to attend surgery when this is necessary.
