Appointments

Registered patient appointments are available at St Luke’s Health Centre between 8am and 6.30pm  Monday to Friday and 10am to 1pm on a Saturday and 9am to 12pm on a Sunday.

Extended hours access: 6:30pm-8pm every Tuesday (except when we are closed for Time to Learn)

Click here for Time to Learn dates.

Call us on 0333 321 0918 to book your appointment.

If you have a health care issue outside of the above hours you will need to call the out-of-hours service on 111.

Use our online booking system to book or cancel an appointment with your GP or nurse online, 24 hours a day. To use the service you’ll need a username and password, available from our reception team.

You can also download a free mobile app for this service for both Android and Apple phones and tablets.

Do you just want to ask a question?

If you just have one or two questions but don’t need to come in for an appointment, our doctors offer telephone consultations. If you would like to arrange to speak to a doctor or nurse over the phone, call us between 8am–12pm and our reception staff will take your details and ensure that a doctor or nurse calls you back when they are free.

No longer need your appointment?

Our patients are missing over 100 pre-arranged appointments every month, which is wasting appointments that could have been re-allocated to people who really need our help.

If you no longer need your appointment please let us know, even if it’s only a matter of hours before your appointment is due. Either call us or use the online service (if you’ve registered to use this service) and we’ll be able to re-allocate the time to someone who needs it.

Patients who fail to turn up to three or more pre-arranged appointments may be taken off our practice list. You should be able to see a GP within 48 hours, a healthcare professional within 24 hours, your choice of GP within seven days and a pre-booked appointment up to four weeks in advance.
